Over the past eight years, I've designed healthcare platforms, travel products, enterprise tools, and internal systems where success depended on understanding the people, processes, and technical constraints behind them.
My work spans product discovery, service design, experimentation, and end-to-end delivery. I enjoy working closely with product managers and engineers to shape strategy, navigate ambiguity, and bring ideas from early concepts to shipped products. More recently, I've incorporated AI into my design practice as a way to accelerate research, prototyping, and collaboration.
